I was skeptical on how helpful it would be but I am very pleased with the results that I have noticed over the past month and a half of using it. Instead of immediately using ibuprofen for headaches I use the oil instead and it has worked every time to relieve it. I had a persistent knee pain for a while now and I do not feel it anymore, completely gone! I usually use it at night for sleep and anxiety but sometimes I will use it in the morning if I am still feeling anxious and it has definitely mellowed it out. It was also delivered a day early, so that’s cool too!
